My favorite recent Noisetrade find is Brendan Hogan, an acoustic singer reminiscent of Bob Dylan and David Gray. The title track from his debut album, Long Night Coming, is especially noteworthy. I also love the nostalgic covers of “Goodnight Irene” and “The Green, Green Grass of Home” that are included in his great ten-song Noisetrade set.
