Remember Wendy & Lisa? If you were a fan of Prince in the 1980′s, you probably do. What you may not know is the two chicks have been releasing their own albums all along and compose scores for the tv series Heroes. The duo has a new album out and they’re sharing the following mp3s.

“Invisible” begins as a simple pop number, but there’s some nice change ups in the melody toward the end. “Niagara Falls” sounds like a (much) kinder, gentler Kristin Hersh, and the languid “Balloon” might’ve been influenced by Pink Floyd, but would be better with a harder punch.

The songs are from Wendy & Lisa’s new self-produced and self-released album White Flags of Winter Chimneys, which only available for purchase through their website.
